Bloom, Zane Aston In loving memory of Zane Aston Bloom. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Zane Bloom, who left us too soon on August 23, 2025, at the age of 29. Zane was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him. Born on March 17, 1996, Zane was a bright and curious spirit, always eager to learn and explore the world around him. He brought joy and laughter to our lives, and his vibrant personality will be profoundly missed. Zane was a 2014 graduate of Owatonna High School and earned his bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2018. He was blessed to enjoy a career in which he excelled, holding prominent roles at Zscaler and most recently at Arctic Wolf, in both the Midwest and Northeastern United States. Zane's smile, outgoing personality, and natural warmth made him a joy to work with, endearing him to clients and colleagues alike. Zane is survived by his loving parents, Donald Bloom and Carolyn (Jeff) DeLange Buehler. He will be deeply missed by his grandparents, Paul and Judy Molstre; Zane had a very special bond with his grandfather. He was a wonderful brother to his siblings, Zackery (Kaitlyn) Bloom, Z. Nicholas (Sarah) Bloom, Zaylor Bloom, Carson DeLange, Cameron (Allie) DeLange, Tara (Justin) Delange Parra, and Lisa (Jonathan) DeLange Van Hemert. He was a present and caring uncle to his nieces and nephews, Stella, Vivienne, Connor, and Grayson Bloom; Olivia, Rowan, and Vaughn Parra; and Ezekiel, Ezra, and Vincent Van Hemert. He shared a special bond with each member of his family, and their love for him will endure forever. Zane's life was a testament to the power of joy, resilience, and the strength of connection. He made a lasting impact on everyone he met with his compassionate spirit and his gift for listening. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in knowing that Zane's light will continue to shine on in our memories. We are forever grateful for the years we shared with him and the love he gave so freely. His legacy will live on in every act of kindness done in his memory. A celebration of Zane's life will take place on September 5 from 3-9pm, with a service beginning at 4:30pm at Hyland Hills Chalet (8800 Chalet Rd., Bloomington).
