Zayden Jeffrey Rouer

Zayden Jeffrey Rouer, 3 months, Algoma, was chosen to be one of God's angels on Sunday, May 29, 2022 from Children's Hospital of Milwaukee. Zayden was born with Alagille Syndrome, which is a genetic condition which caused heart and liver disease for him. Zayden was a fighter and fought very hard until the end. He was born March 3, 2022 in Wauwatosa to Dakota and Miranda (Klatt) Rouer. Zayden is survived by his parents, Dakota and Miranda; paternal grandparents Jeffrey and Becky Rouer; maternal grandparents Paul and Brenda Klatt; paternal great grandparents Betty Bouche (Rouer) and Joyce DeKeyser; maternal great grandparent Dianne Uecker; Godparents Devon Rouer and Lindsey Charles; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister Emalite; great grandparents Wayne Rouer, Cletus DeKeyser, Robert Uecker, Arlene Klatt Walker, Kenny Walker, Marvin Klatt and infant uncle John Rouer. There will be a public visitation on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Schinderle Funeral Home, Algoma, from 4:00 PM until the time of services at 7:00 PM with Father Edward Looney officiating. The family wants to give a special thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital, especially Dr. Amy Fogarty of Door County Medical Center. They also want to thank all the other facilities and staff that took care of Zayden during his illness.
