Zeak Mathew Heffron

Zeak Heffron passed away tragically on March 17, 2026, as the result of an accident alongside his beloved grandmother, Candis Flint. This sudden loss has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.

Zeak had a passion for fishing, long boarding, kayaking and hiking. Days at the lake with family were his happy place. He was always willing to join in a project and work alongside anyone.

Zeak will be remembered for his kind heart, his willing and strong work ethic, and the way he brought light into the lives of those around him. His laughter, presence, and the moments shared with him will never be forgotten.

Zeak was a cherished son, brother, grandson, and friend. He is survived by his mother, Heidi Flint; his siblings, Elyssa, Randi, and Jeb; along with extended family and many friends who will forever hold his memory close.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, Candi Flint; his great-grandmother, Loraine Wilcox; and his cousin, Breanne Flint.

A memorial service for Zeak will be held on Friday, March 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 644 S 6th Street in Barron. A visitation will be held at the church from noon until the time of the service. Burial will be at Wayside Cemetery in Barron.
