Eileen Marie Falk passed 12/16/2020. She was born in Oakland, CA on 03/30/1941 to Mary and Hugh Moreland. She graduated from St. Joseph High School, went on to college where she met her husband David Falk, and graduated from San Jose State. They had two children, Mark and Shannon. She is survived by Mark Falk and sister Kate Thompson.
Eileen was a kind and caring mother, wife and person. Everyone who met her said she had one of the sweetest soles ever! She balanced a career in retail management with being an amazing mother and wife. She expanded her nurturing to many people who entered the Falk house and was considered a second mom to many of Mark and Shannon's friends in Napa.

Eileen was my best friend for many years. We use to go out to lunch every other Friday when she had the day off. Our husbands were also good friends. We had many good times. In the last 4 years or so we would get together with Jackie and Shannon ( usually at Compadres) and celebrate two March birthdays. She will be missed. May she RIP.
