Patricia Gail O'Hara
Sept. 6, 1952 - Oct. 12, 2022
Ms. Patricia Gail O'Hara, 70, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday October 12th in Tigard, Oregon, after a long battle with cancer.
Patti was born in Vallejo, California and shortly after her birth moved to Napa, California. She lived in Napa for many years, working at Queen of the Valley Hospital for over 30 years. Patti enjoyed traveling, and got to see many wonderful cities across the US and the world. She spent a few years living in San Antonio, TX to be near her daughter Gina and grandchildren. She spent several years living in North Tonawanda, NY. She finally made her way to Beaverton, OR to be near her other daughter Kari and grandchildren.
In Oregon she lived in an apartment with her beloved dog Sadie. She loved spending time at the swimming pool with friends. She spent many days enjoying the sun and evenings in the hot tub. She stayed there until she was too ill to care for herself, and spent the last several months of her life in the care of her daughter Kari and son in law Joe, before being moved into a wonderful adult care facility.
When not traveling, Patti enjoyed going to concerts, ghost hunting, playing Pokémon, waking outdoors and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was everything to her.
She leaves behind two daughters: Gina GATTAVARA-Peterson and Kari GORMAN-Hanson; five grandchildren, Parker, Logan, Nena, Nikolajs and Skyler; one great grandchild Elodie, her brother Brian O'Hara in Lawndale, CA, her great aunt Patricia Dolan in Vacaville, and several nieces and nephews.
Her friends and distant family are invited to honor her memory with her daughters, as her urn is placed in it's forever home with her parents at the Memorial Mausoleum at Tulocay Cemetery, 411 Coombsville Rd, Napa, CA 94558, on November 14th at 11am.

Patti was a great friend whom I had the privilege of knowing while she worked at FedEx. We had lots of fun in and out of work. She is deeply missed by me and my kids, as they all knew her as well. She had so many stories, that I loved to listen to them. I will remember all of the great times we had. My condolences to her families at this heart wrenching time.

Dear P,
You are missed! You touched many lives with such positive vibes. Your kind heart, humor, and welcoming/accepting ways will never be forgotten. You were the BEST mentor while I worked at QVH for years, (Central Supply & Homecare). Work was always fun, with much laughter shared, openness, and honesty. I am forever grateful to have been gifted with knowing you, my dear friend "P"!
My condolences to your strong beautiful family!
Much Love,
'KB' (Kelly Beadleston)
