I was very saddened to hear the news of Paul´s passing, which was way, way too soon. He was a friend and classmate and the best soccer goalie I knew from the small town of Hammondsport. He may have moved away but we were proud of what he accomplished out West in his Napa home. My thoughts are with all who knew and loved Paul. My deepest condolences.

Paul was my best friend in high school. We shared innumerable memories. He was a very strong-willed man but had a vulnerable side, too. He cared, a lot, about people, his community, his family and friends. It's been 2 weeks and I have tears in my eyes as I'm writing this. I miss you, my friend and brother.

I spent a couple years with Paul on the Napa Civil Service Commission. Truly a dedicated individual. We had a few disagreements, but never any that caused us anguish. A true professional in every way.

So many, Heh, moments. Pablo was one of a kind. He meant the world to me even tho we´ve lost touch over the years. His friendship in high school was essential.
