Being one of the youngest Jann cousins, who migrated to CT from IL in our childhood, my memories of our 'favorite' cousins, The Monaghans; beautiful Aunt Lois, charming Uncle Bob, the handsome boys; Bobby, Carey, crazy Tommy! and sweet Brian. The beautiful girls; laughing, smiling, always fun and loving Maureen and Jann. And Coke (1,2,3?) the highly intelligent poodles. A great family we always missed.

I remember one visit for Grammie & Papa's 50th, learning to do flips off the diving board under the relentless coaching of Uncle Bob. And the kindness of Brian, smiling in sympathy and encouragement as he handed me his own Tshirt to save my stinging back from all the endless 'flops' in the pool (that would continue until I 'got it right!').

From many miles away, the Jann-cousins hearts go out to Sue and family and all of our heartbroken cousins. We are all so saddened by your unbearable loss of Brian.

Brian lit up a room when he walked in it. He was charming, funny, supportive and loving. He and Sue have been some of my Dad and Jody's most cherished friends. He will always remain special in my heart and I will never forget his smile, his devotion to Sue and his love for music.

Dear, great friend. We have so many cherished memories of Brian. Huge heart, so full of life - dancing blue eyes and that laugh that bordered on being a cackle! Sue, we love you and a here for you. Monaghan and Badri families, we send you our sincerest sympathies. We will forever have a whole in our hearts where Brian used to be. There is now another shining star in the night's sky.

Very sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I worked with him at Wrigley and have many good memories of good times spent in his office working on IT issues.

I was so saddened to see Brian's death notice in the paper today. Brian and his family lived across the street from me on Paxton Ave . While in high school I babysat with Bobby, Maureen, Carey, Tommy, Jann and Brian. I have many happy memories of the times I spent with the kids. I remember rocking Brian to sleep before putting him in his crib. He was such a beautiful baby. My sympathy to Brian's family. Patti Kennedy Donovan
