Donovan W. "Don" Kirbaugh, 88 of Naples, FL, beloved husband for 64 years of Arlene (Reese) Kirbaugh, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018. Born in Hammondsville, OH, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Tice)Kirbaugh. Don graduated from Irondale High School. He worked at Crucible Steel until its closing. He then joined wife Arlene opening a Sears Merchant store in Salem, OH. He lived In Wellsville, OH for 30 years in the house he and Arlene built together before moving to Naples to be closer to their only child Crystal (Michael) Kinzel; their granddaughter, Dr. Logan Blankenship of Jacksonville; and grandson, Cory Blankenship of Naples who survive him. Don is also survived by his sister, Nancy Tripodi and many nieces and nephews. Don was as quiet man devoted to helping family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time with the grandkids as they grew up, teaching them to drive, play penny poker and to joke. He was so loved and will be dearly missed by his family as the constant provider of strength and humor. He enjoyed life until his recent illness slowed him down. Family dinners, football and outings remained an adventure until his passing. There will be no services pursuant to Don's wishes.
