Gordon Jackson was granted his angel wings quietly on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Hospice House at the age of 92. Gordon was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to the late William and Emilie (Bristow) Jackson. At the time of his passing he was a resident at the Terracina Grand Senior Living Community.

Royal Canadian Air Force, Master Warrant Officer Jackson (ret'd) was predeceased by his first wife Marion Jackson (nee Fletcher) and his second wife Muriel Jackson (nee Heigel) as well as his daughter Shay Phillips. He is survived by his three daughters Lee McCormack, Lyn Fraser and Pat Irving (Brian). Further survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Gordon was a nose-gunner on a B-25 Liberator during the Second World War, who also served as a United Nations Peacekeeper during the Indo-Pakistan conflict. He grew up in East York, Ontario, Canada and he was one of 6 children. As a teenager, he learned to work in the merchant navy on the Great Lakes before he joined the Canadian Armed Forces. After his military career, he became a real estate agent in Whitby, ON. He retired, for the last time, in 1988 to pursue his other interests: golfing, travelling and telling jokes. He made Naples, FL his permanent home in 1989 becoming a proud

American citizen and a member of the local Elks Club while devoting much of his time as a volunteer at a Regional Hospital.

Gordon will be fondly remembered. He was loved, is missed and will always be cherished.

At his request, no funeral service will be held.
