Dear Frances and Family: This note is from my Dad Bill Werber via Me
.I loved Bob and he was so kind to me when I got older, taking me to Dr.,library, coming to see me on my 90th. birthday in Charlotte as a surprise while he was flying back to Naples. I know he would have been to the 100th. if he could have. We spent many hours chasing crazy white balls, talking, sharing life stories, enjoying wives Francis and Tat together, many dinners at Quail Creek, we were dear friends. I hope he's found me!!!
I too loved Bob for all his kindness to my Mom and Dad, being my good friend on all my visits to Naples over the years and sending me E-mails and staying connected to me from time Dad left in 1998 until now!
Thank you Frances for being a Werber good friend!!!
You are in my prayers, your Bob was a special dear person. Love Pat W Bryant

Dr. Ackles was my dad's best friend for many years and isn't able to write this to him. He was such a kind and loving person and we spoke to him weekly. He suffered but never complained and always had upbeat comments for us during our trials and tribulations in life. He was a wonderful man who loved life and lived it to the fullest. You will be deeply missed. We loved you Bob. The Baker Family
