Ursula Ann Hendricks

Naples - Ursula Ann (McGoran) Hendricks, 93, of Naples, passed away on February 5, after a brief illness. One of three children, she was born in Pawtucket, RI to parents Edward R. and Helen (Martin) McGoran.

She and her husband Allan E. Hendricks had long careers at Atlantic Richfield Co., first in Providence, RI and later in Los Angeles, CA. First employed as a secretary, Ursula retired as Administrative Assistant in the firm's real estate division. Before moving permanently to Naples in 2000, she and Allan had lived in Barrington, RI, Brewster, MA and LaCanada, CA. In retirement, they especially enjoyed travel, golf and tennis. Allan died in 2011.

Ursula was predeceased by her brother Edward R. McGoran, Jr. and is survived by brother Paul McGoran of Newport, RI, nephew Michael McGoran of N. Providence, RI and nieces Carleen Lawson of Yorktown, VA and Megan McGoran of W. Warwick, RI.

In recent years, Ursula served as Eucharistic Minister at St. William Church and volunteered in the church gift shop. She will be remembered for her charm, her energy and her great style. A loving and deeply spiritual woman, she was dedicated to her faith, her family, and her many friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. William Church on Thursday February 18, 2021 at 10am. Ursula will be interred at Sarasota National Cemetery with her beloved Allan, a WWII veteran of the Normandy invasion. On line condolences at www.fullernaples.com
