Jennifer Lindstrom Obituary
Jennifer Lindstrom, a long-time resident of Brooklyn, NY and Westport, CT, died at home in Westport on August 17th. She was 56.
Ms. Lindstrom was born in Stamford, CT to Gary and Janet Lindstrom, and grew up in New Canaan. She was educated in New Canaan and graduated from New Canaan High School. She graduated in 1988 from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelors in International Affairs and Italian Language and Literature.
She had a long career as an executive in the advertising industry, with a 24-year tenure at WPP/Wunderman, followed by IBM, Accenture, Conduent, and Capgemini.
Jennifer was an avid gardener, a fantastic cook and loved to travel. She deeply loved her children and had a warm open heart.
Ms. Lindstrom is survived by her two children Sebastian, 19 and Sofia, 13; her sister Maren Lindstrom and her sister's husband Denis Lavallee; and her mother Janet Lindstrom.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 18th at 11 a.m. at the Southport Congregational Church, 524 Pequot Ave., Southport, CT

I just heard of your loss and I am so sorry to hear that Jen passed away.
I worked with Jennifer a few years back at Wunderman NYC. She helped me to get a Visa and work with Wunderman in NYC as I moved from Germany to the US. During my time on NYC I also met my husband and therefore I will always be grateful to Jen.
I hug all of your family even having never met you.

Janet and Maren, I am so so sorry to hear of Jenny´s passing. I have so many memories of us three girls growing up, playing in that marvelous house, trick or treating along Sleepy Hollow Rd. I send much love and my deepest condolences to you both.

I had the privilege of Jennifer´s presence in my life. She always brought a smile and the more than occasional belly laugh to me, even as we were grieving the loss of our child. I offer my condolences to her family and to all those who loved her but especially to her children, who were the center of her universe.
