Paul Barton "Bart" May, 56, passed away at his home on May 15, 2015 in Norwalk, Conn

Born in Evanston, Ill, he is the son of John and Signe May, formerly of Norwalk, who predeceased him Bart is survived by his son, Brandon Barton May of Newton, Mass, sisters April Coyne of Trumbull, Conn, Rebecca Bieler of Norwalk, and Marsha Elkind of Fairfield, Conn as well as five nieces, three nephews, three grandnieces and two grandnephews

Bart worked tirelessly for the Town of New Canaan Department of Public Works for over 20 years In his free time he enjoyed partying with friends at Cranbury Park, attending concerts, bird watching, and blasting music as loud as he could According to his family, "Bart simply filled the room with his presence and couldn't help but to live large He's gone too soon and will be sorely missed by us all"

Visiting hours will be held at the Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Norwalk on Saturday, May 23, from 11 am to 2 pm

A Celebration in honor of Bart's life will follow at Cranbury Park from 5:30 'til closing Friends are invited to join the family under the pavilion

I just know that you are soaring like an eagle now and rockin'the heavenlies
