Adam Maciorkoski, 35, of Tunkhannock, found peace on Dec. 3, 2021.

Born in Tunkhannock on April 5, 1986, he is survived by his loving parents Vincent J. and Deborah Delmar Maciorkoski.

He was employed by Meshoppen Stone as a laborer and stone saw operator for 13 years. Adam spent his childhood at local ball fields playing baseball, a sport that he loved and lived for.

His two boys were the light of his life. He enjoyed taking them fishing and playing ball. Their favorite thing to do was to go to Harding's for ice cream and play mini golf with Dad.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sons: Cason, 6, and Evan, 3; sister Erin Boyd and husband Kevin; nana, Mary Delmar; nieces: Julia and Megan; and nephew Gavin, who brought him much joy over the years.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: John Delmar (Poppy), Walter and Sunya Maciorkoski (Grammy and Grampy Mac).

Adam's cousins were childhood playmates, and they spent many holidays playing games and laughing together.

The Maciorkoski family would like to extend deep appreciation to Adams' best friend Leighann Anderson for her love and support she provided through his struggles with the demons of addiction and mental heath issues.

Adam's heart was the biggest in the world and he will be missed beyond words.

Funeral services will be held privately.

To Vince and Debbie, I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of Adam. My prayers are with his soul that he be taken into Heaven with our Lord, and for your sorrow to mend as well. I remember him as a little boy in the late 1980s. Sincerely, Bob Smalanskas
