William S. Quinn, 73, of Tunkhannock, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at Allied Services Hospice Center, Scranton.
Born in Oceanside, N.Y., on Nov. 14, 1950, the son of the late Walter S. and Vivian Treharne Quinn.
He is survived by his sister, Vivian Sutton and her husband Richard; his niece Kristin Quinn and her husband Peter; and great-nephews: Liam and Brendan.
Will was a Civil Engineer for the New York State Department of Transportation, a railroad enthusiast, and patron of various environmental and animal rescue organizations.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
