Clarence Conley Obituary
Utica - Clarence R. Conley, age 79, of Utica passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. He was born on July 4, 1941 to the late Ballard and Alice (Campbell) Conley in Knott County, KY.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services.
Clarence worked for Utica Schools for over 35 years and at Velvet Ice Cream, but he never really stopped teaching. He was a long-time coin collector and a member of Crossway Fellowship Church. In his free time, he enjoyed listening to bluegrass and cheering on his beloved Kentucky Wildcats. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Clarence is survived by his loving wife, Jan; children, Maria and Thaddeus Conley; step-daughter, Stephanie (Doug) Newsome; grandchildren, Riley and Parker Newsome; siblings, Louise Owens, Claude (Judy), Martin, Wayne (Colleen), and Bill Conley; sister-in-law, Clara Conley; and granddog, Pedora.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Rebecca Conley; and siblings, Dave and Aileen Conley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr, Heath, OH 43056.

I never knew Clarence but I knew Claude.Nan ( Campbell ) Huff was my grandma.Allie was my mother.I am so sorry to hear of his death.May God comfort your family.
