I was so saddened to hear of Ken's passing. I knew him years ago in Nashville when I was working at Donelson Drug Mart with George Hooten. My fondest memory of Ken is when he would come by the drug store before going to work and lean against the wall with his foot on the chair by the little table with the coffee maker on it while drinking his cup of coffee and smoking a cigarette. A dear friend of his,Joe, my girlfriend and I went to the 'Old Time Pickin Parlor' on 2nd Ave in Nashville and Linda Ronstadt just happened to come in and sing for a while. We all had the best time. I will miss Ken and I am so glad to know he had a great life and left many beautiful works of art for people to enjoy for a very long time. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family for I know he will be missed.

A man of integrity, accomplished in many ways. I will miss his wry sense of humor.
