Barbara Schroeder Obituary

Barbara Ann (Wlosinski) Schroeder, a resident of Newark Manor Nursing Home, passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 90. She was born on June 3, 1935 in Southbridge, DE to the late John Frank Wlosinski and Katherine (Wlazlo) Wlosinski.

Barbara attended St. Mary's and St. Paul's Schools. She worked at Electric Hose and Rubber before concluding her career with Kent Count Government.

She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Milsom, her husband David, her niece Doria, and her nephew, David and his wife, Laura Kertz. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Fritz.

Barbara was a resident of the third floor of Newark Manor Nursing Home, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate caregivers, particularly Dot, for their unwavering love and care during her final days.

A graveside service for Barbara will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 10:30AM at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805. To send on online condolence, please visit, www.rtfoard.com
