COVE CITY - Perry Paul Price of Cove City was born August 6, 1969 to the late Linda and Dennis Price. He passed away at home on April 6, 2021. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Carol Price and brother, Dennis Clark Price.
Perry is survived by his wife, Deanna Michele Price, of the home; daughters, Haley Price of the home, and Emily Price Humphrey of Deep Run; son, Matthew Thigpen of Deep Run; grandchild, Serenity Faith Thigpen; sisters, Donna Gorham of Walstonburg and Toni Strickland and husband, Stephen of Ayden; brother, Christopher Price and fiancée, Jill Whitfield, of Dover; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Danny and Gay Heath of New Bern.
Perry was a loving husband of 21 years, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and helping others, enjoyed life outdoors, fishing and golfing. He never met a stranger, was loved by all, and will be deeply missed by many.
Visitation will be held at Howard-Carter Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Ham officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Westview Cemetery with brother-in-law, Dan Heath, officiating.
