Earl M. Dow, Jr.

1937 - 2021

Earl M. Dow, Jr., 84, of New Britain, Conn., passed away Monday, Sept. 6, 2021 in the comfort of his own home. He was born in Millinocket, Maine on April 5, 1937, and was the son of the late Earl Dow, Sr. and Marie (Pelkey) Michaud. Earl worked for John Boyle Company for forty plus years. He grew up with eleven siblings on a farm where he worked hard as a lumberjack from a young age, in the woods of Maine with his brothers and stepfather Charlie Michaud. His joy was his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Earl loved his family and we will all truly miss him.

Earl is survived by his four daughters and son, Lisa Lindstrand, Cheryl Dow, William Dow, Yvonne Rondini, Jennifer Dow; his ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Earl was predeceased by his wife Ruth (Allen) Dow where they shared fifty-four years of marriage and his son Earl Dow.
