Carl Klinger Obituary
Carl Henry Klinger, born on November 22, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, at the age of 80.
Carl was the son of the late Karl and Viktoria Klinger. He grew up in Woodhaven, Queens and attended the Xavier Military High School in Manhattan. He further pursued his education at Fairfield University, graduating in 1966. In 1967, Carl married his beloved Janice and entered the Naval Air Reserve. While serving in the Navy, he became a CPA. He worked in corporate accounting for several major corporations over the course of his career.
In 1972, Carl and Janice moved to Bridgewater, CT where they raised their two children. Carl was a wonderful provider for his family, and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Carl is survived by his wife, Janice (née Novitzky) of 58 years, son Geoffrey Klinger (Lisa Avalone) of New Milford, daughter Bethany DePaul (Michael) of New Milford, and his grandchildren, Alexander and Evangeline.
Services are private and in care of Lillis Funeral Home of New Milford.
