Died: September 29, 2025
Brenda June Allen, age 78, of Newport, passed away, Monday, September 29, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Jetta Bea Allen; brother, Jimmy Allen, sisters-in-law, Cathy Allen and Barbara Allen; and special friend Jim Brown.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty Ann Ball of Newport, and Kathy Sutton of Cosby; brothers, Jerry (Robin) Allen and Dale Allen; sister, Glenda Ann Allen, all of Cosby; grandchildren, Jody (Amber) Ball, Cody (Jessa) Ball, Chase Shropshire (Jasmine Holt) Cory (Samara) Shropshire and Chad (Amanda) Shropshire; great-grandchildren, Payton Shropshire, Hunter Shropshire and Caroline Ball; also other family and friends.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, October 2, 2025 in the Allen Cemetery, with Aundrey Pratt and Cody Ball officiating. Brial will follow.
