MONTICELLO - Billie Sue Robbins, 74, of Monticello passed away at 5:28 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 28, 2025) at the Accolade Healthcare of Paxton on Pells, Paxton.
Billie was born on July 13, 1951, in Monticello, the daughter of Bill and Frances (Cresap) Robbins.
Billie is survived by her brothers, Lloyd Elmore of Le Roy and Joe Robbins (Debbie) of Monticello; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Billie graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1973 with a bachelor's in elementary education and worked at the University of Illinois for 32 years. Billie enjoyed reading, the Illini, the Chicago Cubs and the Bears.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at Monticello Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Monticello Faith in Action or the Monticello United Methodist Church. Condolences may be sent to the family at mackey-wrightfuneralhome.com.
