Corey Thompsen Obituary
ST. JOSEPH - Corey Thompsen, 28, of St. Joseph died Friday (Oct. 18, 2024) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Faith United Methodist Church, 1719 S. Prospect Ave., Champaign. The Rev. Dr. Janice Griffith and the Rev. Dr. Keith Zimmerman will officiate. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery, St. Joseph.Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the St. Joseph-Ogden High School gym, St. Joseph. A first-responders walk through will be at 5 p.m. Freese Funeral Home, 302 E. Grand Ave., St. Joseph, is in charge of arrangements.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Officers are so important to all of us and to lose one is very sad to all. Prayers for Corey's wife and all of his family, fellow officers and friends. God Bless!
