CHAMPAIGN - Glenda Fallon, 79, of Champaign died Monday (March 27, 2023) at home.
There will be a visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St., Champaign. Services and burial will be private.
Glenda was born on March 14, 1944, in Straughn, Ind., to Othal and Gladys (nee Fairchild) Martin. She married Tim Fallon on July 2, 1971, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Champaign. Together they celebrated 51 years of marriage.
Survivors include her husband, Tim; two children, Tamara (Mitch) Martin of Virginia and Troy Fallon of Champaign; three grandchildren, Aubrey Fallon Martin, Tyler Martin and Ryan Martin; one brother, Leland "Bud" (Janice) Martin of Florida; and her beloved dog, Buddy.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Timmy, and one brother, Perry Martin.
Glenda and Tim were long-standing business owners in the Champaign community. They owned and operated Fallon's Cleaners and The Icehouse Bar for many years until retirement. In her spare time, Glenda kept busy by caring for her flower garden and spending time with her family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. No words can say how much you and Glenda's friendship means to us. All the car shows, travels and even the car show in Indiana when were drenched all the way through. What laughs we had! Please if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. Hugs!\
I have so many great memories of time spent with Glenda. Glenda, Judy, and I had so many laughs and so much fun when we were together. Those are times I will never forget.
