CHAMPAIGN - Hazel Buchanan, 69, of Danville died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at New Foundation Missionary Baptist Church, 922 W. Eureka St., Champaign. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at the church. Pastor Nathan Williams will officiate. Walker Funeral Services and Chapel, 704 N. Fourth St., Champaign, is in charge of arrangements.
