Stephen Baldwin

Stephen Edward Baldwin Monticello - Stephen Edward Baldwin, born Nov. 20, 1943, to Edward and Geraldine Baldwin, passed Nov. 7, 2025, at his summer lake home on Long Lake in Park Rapids, Minn. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1964-1968. He married Martha Taylor on June 29, 1968. They resided in Monticello. Stephen is survived by his wife, Martha; his son, Steve Baldwin and his children, Colton and Seth Baldwin, and their mother, Lillian Baldwin; daughter, Diane (Todd Porter) Baldwin and their children, Taylor and Brianna Porter; son, Craig (Jayne) Baldwin and their children, Alex Cheney and Allan Baldwin. We appreciate the staff at Kirby Hospital in Monticello, the staff at hospice, and St. Joseph's Hospital in Park Rapids. Donations can be sent to the Piatt County Illinois Forest Preserve in Monticello, or CHI St. Joseph's Hospice in Park Rapids. A celebration of life will be held at his lake home at a later date.
