Charles Rusnell Obituary
Mr. Rusnell passed away Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Charles was the beloved husband of Kathy (Dixon) Rusnell; devoted father of Michael (Karen) Rusnell; and uncle of Dolores (Scott) Brauer, Pete (Linda) Sholtz and Nick (Jayne) Sholtz.
