Shocked and saddened by his passing. I saw him every Saturday at the Miracle League field. He was always available to the public and would respond immediately to any questions or concerns. My daughter, April, said he was the best softball coach ever and I said he was the best mayor ever! Our sincere condolences.

The city of Eastlake has lost a wonderful community member, mayor, and friend. Those who have been blessed to have known or interacted with Mayor Morley on any level, be it personal or professional, know the gentle, yet dynamic impact he made in both his private and community life.
Mayor Morley made us all a little better in just having made his acquaintance, or friendship.
In his honor we are privileged to carry forward his legacy of kindness and commitment to our fellow man and neighbor. Keeping in mind that there are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone, the light remains to forever shine.
Thankyou, Mayor Morley, for all you have done to lift us up.
