She was born February 4, 1957 in San Francisco, California.
Joan enjoyed the beach, swimming, camping & crocheting.
She is survived by Daughters, Hollie (Dean) Bolton of Manhattan Beach, California, Jessica Thompson of Akron, Sons, Luke (Jessica) Palmer of Painesville, David and John Thompson of Madison. Grandson, Sebastian Bolton, Sisters Susan Allison and Fran Veal, Brother, Mark Guassardo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, Sister, Annette Kennedy and Brother John Guassardo, Parents, Audrey and Tony Guassardo.
Services will be private.
Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Rd. Madison is handling the arrangements.

I wanted to say that you were a great mother to me! Even though you weren't my biological mother I still looked at you as if you were to me!!! Now you can rest peacefully with my dad!
