Joseph Girgas Obituary
Mr. Girgas passed away July 10, 2018 at Lake West Medical Center. He was born February 21, 1939 in Grindstone, Pennsylvania.
Joseph retired from Lincoln Electric in 2000, after 42 years of service where he received several awards of distinction. Joe loved to debate politics and enjoyed gardening, his koi pond, and cats.
Survivors include his children Cyndi (Nabeel Matti) Girgas and Joseph (Cheryl Flowers) Girgas III; grandson, Carlos Matti; and brother, Ed (Wilma) Girgas. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae (Novotney) Girgas in 2000. His parents, Joseph and Mary (Koynock) Girgas are also deceased.
Final resting place will be in South Kirtland Cemetery, following the mass on Monday.

Dear Cindi, Joe, and families, our deepest condolences for the passing of your dear father. I will always have fond memories of Uncle Joe and of course Aunt Anna Mae.
