Services for Robin R. Covert, 64, of Eastlake, will be at 11 AM on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the funeral home.Miss Covert passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in her home.Born January 29, 1958 in Euclid, she was a lifelong resident of Lake County.She was a member of the Deepwood Community, and graduated from Broadmoor School in Mentor. She was a Special Olympics athlete, participating in swimming, bowling and playing bocce ball.Robin was an avid sports fan, enjoyed all things Disney and loved to travel with her family and friends.Survivors are her Sisters, Nancy (Fred) Howell and Janet Covill. She was the beloved Aunt and Fairy Godmother of Ashley (John) Testa, Chris (Holly) Howell, Sarah (Daniel) Bruce, Deanna Campbell, Crystal Covill (Nick Casteel) and Grant Covill; Great Aunt of McKenna Comer, Harper Bruce, Grace Campbell and Wyatt Howell. She also leaves behind her Aunt Doris (John) Thompson and many cousins and their families.She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Helen (Rudloff) Covert.Final resting place will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Village following the service on Friday.The family encourages contributions to Special Olympics Ohio.
