William Bagshaw Obituary
He was born Jan. 29, 1931, in Cleveland, to Rose M. (Stafanic) and William E. Bagshaw, and married Nancy Roberts on Oct. 29, 1971, in Timberlake.
Bill was a carpenter with Local 95. A 1949 graduate of Willoughby Union High School, Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a lifelong member of the American Legion. He was a very gentle man with a wonderful sense of humor. His family meant everything and he enjoyed tending his family farm.
Bill is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Bagshaw of Madison; daughters, Nancy (Jeff) Gouch of Chicago, Ill., Lynn (Brad) Nicholson of Rock Creek and Jennifer (Aaron) LaBoe of Perry; son, Troy (Maria) Bagshaw of Chicago, Ill.; daughter-in-law, Karen Bagshaw of Geneva; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, James William Bagshaw; two grandchildren; and his parents.
Friends will be received from 2 from 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 5 p.m. Final resting place will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery.

I sorry for you're loss Uncle Bill was a great man and always had a smile on his face and I do believe because he was always with the women he loved, family that the cherished and what more in life could u ask for. So he lived a great full life but we down here are really going to miss him.

I didn't have the honor of knowing Bill. But I had the honor of knowing and working with his daughter Lynn. Looking at this picture, I feel as if I have known him as well.
