Reynolds, Dr. Frank Allen, 86, of Ormond Beach, FL, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018. He was born in Ocala, FL, on October 23, 1931 to the late Frank Joseph Reynolds and the late Margaret Minerva Allen Reynolds. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Capt. Reynolds served as a dentist at Kessler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi (1957-1959). He was passionate about dentistry (Daytona Beach Dental Study Club), Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow), Republican Club (Emeritus Membership), his faith (United Methodist Men and Bible Study Fellowship), world traveling, his family and friends. Frank Allen is survived by his wife, Emma Laura Lambert Reynolds; children, Margaret L. Reynolds (Paul) Prince, Mary Patricia (Craig) Bradley, Frank K. (Valerie ) Reynolds, William Allen (Denise ) Reynolds; grandchildren, Karen (George) Sexton, L. Rose Reynolds, D. Hannah (Kris) Fenclau, V. Franki Beckner, Shannon O. Reynolds, Christopher Allen (Stephanie) Reynolds, Jared S. Bradley, Jonathan D. Bradley, L. Kristen Bradley, Nolen K. Bradley, Jesse A. Martindale, W. Allen Reynolds II, Laura AnnMarie Reynolds, Kelly Prince, Korey (Lydia Manos) Prince, Kevin (Jessica ) Prince; great grandchildren, Raegan Peterson, Carter Peterson, Emily Sexton, Clair Sexton; sisters, Margaret (William) Broussard, Mary Mullins; many extended family members and friends. A Celebration of Life Reception will be held at Bamboo Garden on Saturday, July 28th from 2 -5 pm, 749 South Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174. The memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 29th at 3:00 pm, St. James United Methodist Church, 845- 87th Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dr. Reynolds' honor to Florida United Methodist Children's Home. Dr. Reynolds was one of the Boy Scout leaders with Troop 468. He was a very busy man, but he always had time for the Scouts. His sons and I were in the Pink Panther Patrol, along with Martin Boire. I knew his daughters from the MYF church group in Ormond Beach. Those were good times. My condolences to the entire family.

My dad Gordon Kipp and Dr. Reynolds were dedicated members of the Ormond by the Sea Rotary Club. They enjoyed serving as Santa for the Salvation Army every holiday season. They argued and laughed and respected each other mightily. I am sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Frank was a dedicated member of the Chancel Choir at First United Methodist and a wonderful man of faith. Peace be with his family.
