James Brown Obituary
James (Jim) Brown passed away peacefully at his home on July 24, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Jim was the owner of Browns Bookstore in Edgewater since 1990. He was a former Edgewater Council member for 2 terms and an avid community activist. He was a disabled Air Force veteran from the Viet Nam era. Devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Survived by his wife Joann of 30 years, daughters Michelle Brown, Cathy Cogan, Debbie Beauchamp, sister Sandy Geyer, and brother, Allen Brown. Military Memorial Service on August 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Dudley Funeral Homes Edgewater Chapel, 433 N. Ridgewood Ave., Edgewater, FL 32132, (386) 428-6487.
