To the Roberson Family, We are so sorry for your loss. It is so sad not only to miss the childhood of a family member, but to see a heartbroken father pushed aside is even worse. A child always comes first. He is now with his aunt Laura who always said she would meet him one day. Now she has. His beautiful Irish eyes are smiling.

To the Schmidt-Roberson family,
In the years that Josh hung around with my boys, I got to know Josh. Though I never had the opportunity to meet any of his family, my heart aches for you to an extent that I cannot even begin to describe. I adored Josh. He was always pleasant and respectable in my home. He and my son, Mark, would get so silly together. I recall a time where all 3 of us were in my car and they were singing to the radio but making up their own words to a particular song. Every time I heard it on the radio since, I would laugh and think about that moment and about Josh...and will continue to do so as it brings a smile to my face the same way he's brought a smile to so many faces of people he knew. His friends of Shelton are deeply hurt over his passing. I, along with my sons, Mark and Joey, will miss him dearly. May he rest in peace. God Bless you all and may you find comfort in those around you at this difficult time.
