I remember Marvin from the TMC meetings in Florida. I remember him as a stock car driver when I was a kid. I would ride my bicycle playing like I was Marvin Panch. He was a great guy and I was honored to meet and spend some time with him. Rest in peace Marvin and keep it low in the curves.

I met Marvin at The Truck Maintenance Council in Kisimmee Florida when he was a representative for Grissley Brakes. I remembered him as a kid when he was younger and on the NASCAR circuit. He was a very nice and personable man. His wife took my wife, Susie and some other wives to the interior of the Daytona Speedway. God Bless Marvin and my condolences to his wife, family and friends.

U.S. 1960 Pontiac Ventura In Canada!

I bought my 1960 US Pontiac a year ago, and I knew that it was a 60 Pontiac that won the 1961 Daytona 500. I was not even born yet in 61. I did not know of "Marvin Panch untill today, but I feel sad to hear this news. Because my car has original paint on it. I decided I wanted to Letter & number it as a tribute the the Pontiacs success at Daytona, I can not clone it to look like Marvins car because I want to save the original paint. But I will now plan on applying a memorial on the car for all to see. And I will try to learn as much about Marvin as I can. Marvin now has a new fan. Heart felt condolences go out to all his family members, from all us Canadian race fans & car enthusiast. Rest in Peace Marvin!
