Norma Perkins Obituary
Methodist Publishing House. Norma's greatest joy besides her family, was her faith and working with children and she was happiest when she could combine them, as she did with both Coronado Community Methodist Church and Edgewater United Methodist Church for 30+ years. She also enjoyed photography and travel, especially to the Holy Land to see the lands of the bible. Many may also remember her as a substitute teacher at local schools. Norma is survived by daughters Marji Perkins of Orlando, FL and Laurie Perkins Reed of Lakeland, FL. She was preceded into death by husband of 43 years, Larry Perkins. A memorial service will be held at Coronado Community Methodist Church , 201 South Peninsula Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 2 pm, with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Church for their Heifer International Ark Project.
