Robert Foresman Obituary
Robert William Foresman, 61, of DeLand, passed away December 16, 2017 at Villa Health and Rehab in DeLand. He was born in Miami on May 29, 1956 and served in the United States Navy. Robert worked at New Horizons Resources in Poughkeepsie, NY for 16 years and at Community Partnership for Children in DeLand for the last 12 years. He enjoyed history, especially the Civil War and WWII. He also enjoyed NASCAR. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Raven; sons Robert Foresman II of Pleasant Valley, NY and Kyle Foresman of Port Orange, FL; daughter Erica Foresman (Adrian Robey) of Winter Springs, FL; brother James Foresman (Laurel) of Ormond Beach, FL; and grandchildren Carleigh Boardman, Peter Robey and Adrian Robey II. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 28th at 3pm at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand, with a gathering of friends from 2-3pm prior to the service. Online condolences may be made at www.allensummerhill.com. Allen-Summerhill DeLand is in charge.
