Carrol Fox

Carrol Sue Breedlove Fox went to be with her Lord Saturday, August 12th after a long illness. A lifelong resident of Springfield, she was born November 21, 1936, to John T. and Lula Collins Breedlove. She worked for 13 years at Dayco and then worked as a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, John William; sister, Helen Palmer; sisters-in-law, Juanita and Jackie; brother-in-law, Ed Palmer; and her son, Todd. She is survived by her husband, Wilbur Fox; brothers, Jack and Joe (Pam); children, Marc Breedlove (Cindy), Jenny McCann, Jocie Goodson; grandchildren, Ben, Stacey, Jeremy, Nick (Maricris), Tessa, Collin, John and Kit; three great-grandchildren, Raven, Cristian and Jack; many loving nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. She was a longtime member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Services will be conducted at Greenlawn Funeral Home North on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
