Darrell Fuqua Obituary
Mr. Darrell Henry "Buster" Fuqua passed away in his home Saturday June 17th 2017. He was born October 27, 1958, in Springfield, to Earl and Rose Stacey.He is a retired teamster from AWG.
Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Marie Davenport. He is survived by.His son Darrell L. Fuqua of Springfield Mo. Daughter Alisha (Fuqua) Yates and her husband Cody of Springfield Mo.five grandchildren,Peyton, Kenadie and Wyatt Yates, Kylie and Chance Fuqua, two brothers: Jack "Bud" Riddle and Earnest "Pug" Fuqua, five sisters: Evelyn "Tammy" Young, Rose Fuqua Davis, Sheryl Fuqua, Donna "Pud" Stamm, and Shirley "Ina" Lutz, as well as many cousins, friends, brothers-in-law, and a sister-in-law.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28,, 2017, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in Pleasant View Cemetery, near Elkand, Mo. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the LifeLine Pilots.organization

Dad, I can´t believe it´s been 5 years since you were taken from us, some days it´s still doesn´t seem real. I wish so much that River met his papa, he would be your little buddy. The older kids tell the little 2 stories about you all the time. What I would give to have just 1 more day with you. I miss you more now then ever. Happy Father´s Day dad!
I haven´t forgotten about the promise I made you, we are so close to getting the justice you deserve! I love you!

Dad, I cant believe its been 2 years since you left us. I miss you more with each passing day. Theres so many days I want to pick up the phone and call you, because theres something I need to tell you, but then I remember....if only heaven had a phone...
You would be so proud of the kids. Peyton is the starting pitcher and kenadie is playing 2 years up and she is the all star hitter on her softball team. Wyatt always asks us, why cant we go to papas house in heaven. Peyton and kenadie tell him stories about you often. I hope you are proud of us dad. I wish I had just 1 more day with you to tell you how much I loved you. I dont think you knew as I didnt tell you nearly enough. I hope your watching over us and I know your riding your Harley all over the roads in heaven! I miss you dad
