Herschel "Speedy" Haworth

"Speedy" Haworth "Speedy" Haworth, 85, of Springfield, Mo, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2008. He was born May 16, 1922, to Herschel and Vancy Martha (Wilson) Haworth Sr. He was married July 11, 1942, to Wanna Blackwell, who survives. Preceding him in death were his parents, a daughter, Donna Faye White and an infant sister. He is survived by his son and wife, Stephen Wayne and Pam Haworth of Branson; daughter, Shirley Haworth; and son, David Lynn Haworth, both of Springfield. There will be a visitation, Thursday, February 28, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home Chapel at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine, Springfield, Mo. A funeral service with Rev. Fred Lynn officiating will be Friday, February 29, 2008, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery, 2244 E.
