Margery Stufflebam

Margery (Blankenship) Stufflebam, 88, of Flower Mound, Texas passed away on June 29, 2014 surrounded by family. She was born to George L. and Ruth C. (Mahoney) Fly in Monett on October 19, 1925. Marge was a graduate of Monett High School and Crowder College. She married Cleo Blankenship in 1948 in Springfield, Missouri and together they had two children.

Marge worked for the Hudson Car Dealership in the 1950's and later at Empire Bank in Springfield, Missouri. On December 17, 1971 she married CJ (Jack) Stufflebam. They made their home in Lee's Summit, Missouri before moving to Flower Mound, Texas in 1986. While in Texas, they owned and operated several Cone-A-Copia's in the Dallas area and Ag-Ed Group.

Marge enjoyed playing golf and Bridge with her family and friends, spending time with her

grandchildren, great-grandchildren and traveling. She loved watching golf and the Dallas Cowboys.

Marge is survived by her daughter Dyan Weber of Lewisville, Texas and son Gary (Sheryl) Blankenship of Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren Jeni (Chris) Rasco of Flower Mound, Ryan Blankenship of Salt Lake City, Kara Blankenship of Springfield and two great-grandchildren Logan and Oliver. Her step-children Brad (Jane) Stufflebam of Centralia, Illinois; Brian (Dee) Stufflebam of St. Charles, Missouri; Doug (Patti) Stufflebam of Springfiel , Louie (Mattie) Stufflebam of Shoreline, Washington; and Annette Vandendriessche of Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Marge was preceded in death by husband Jack Stufflebam (2008); her parents, and brother John Richard (Dick) Fly in 1971.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 11am at Northview Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas. No formal visitation is planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
