Obituary
Douglas J. Doty, of Cape Coral, FL passed away November 10, at the age of 44. Loving father and grandfather, he is survived by his 4 daughters Tiffany Marie (Cesar Migueltorena), Courtney Lynn, Lacey Ann and Lindsey Luray; his granddaughter Alyssa Migueltorena; mother Geri Dunham; father Drake Doty Sr. (Betty Sue); brother Drake Doty Jr; sister Debbie Dodson; 3 nephews; and close friend Nick Plano.
The memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on November 16th, at Celebration Family Church, 12400 Plantation Rd., Fort Myers.

I knew Doug since Middle school at Lee Middle and at RIverdale HS and he was also a great friend and he always looking out for his friend. He will be missed very much. Wish we could have reconnect. You were an amazing Dad, such a loving, caring, and funny person. I will never forget how devoted you were to our family. What an incredible Grandpa! I still can't believe you are gone Dad. I miss you so much but I know that I will see you again. I love you Dad, My Hero and My Best Friend!

Dear Heavenly Father, embrace this family in their time of grief. No words can ease their pain, losing someone so young, but the memories of a young man who had such a sense of humor may bring smiles to their hearts. Doug always was able to bring a smile and a laugh to those who had the good fortune to meet him and know him. He will be missed by many and all his family have our deepest sympathy on their loss.

Doug Facebook will never be the same without your daily dose of humor. When we talked last week I had no idea it would be the last time. Keep them smiling in heaven like you did us here on earth and we will be there one day to share your laughter again. Take care my friend and know that you were loved by all who knew you.
