Jacquelyn Jane Wright, 84, of Cape Coral, FL passed away on October 1, 2012. She was born on August 1, 1928 in Spring Lake, NJ to Fred and Bertha Keley Wood. Jacque' was a Professional Roller-skater. She enjoyed spending time in her Ceramic Studio.
She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 45 years, John; children, Tom, Wendy, Mike(Lorie), Mandy(Gary), Pat(Laura), Jeff(Wendy); 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two sister; one brother; and many loving friends. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Robin.
The family will receive friends from 9am until the service at 11am on Saturday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, Cape Coral. Entombment will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery. I just ran across this accidently. Jackie was a wonderful person I admired her a great deal. She was so kind and a great Mother-in-law. Even though I didn't see her often she is really missed.

You were without a doubt the best mom.
I can't tell you how much I miss you and wish we had more time. Memories of you will always be with me every day. We always enjoyed our time we spent with you and dad. The memories of Disney and the Christmas parade, your eyes lighting up when the soldiers would come down Main Street, our vacations together, and the holidays have always been a special time for us. There are so many memories. The other day a Disco song came on and reminded me of watching you and dad dancing in the living room when I was young, then you pulled me off the couch to dance with you and you would show me the moves. I have so many special memories of you that will keep you with me for the rest of my life.
I'm so happy that Wendy and the kids were able to spend as much time with you as they did, to get to know what a wonderful person you were. You will always have a special place in their heart as well.
Christmas is almost here, but it will not be the same without you. I always looked forward to seeing you on Christmas Day. Christmas always brought out the kid in you, showing me what presents dad gave you with that sparkle in your eyes. You made Christmas a Magical time.
You will be missed so much, but will be in my thoughts and in my heart every day.

Mom the biggest holiday of the year is coming it will not be the same with out you as we all get together as a family on xmas eve it will never be the same again because you are not there but you will always be in my heart and will always remain that star that shines above. Mom I am so wonderfully blessed to have you for my Mom. You taught all of your children and anyone who knew you how to be a better person. You taught us how to be kind, thoughtful of others feelings, forgiving, and most important a sense of humor! You gave us magic , and you showed us how to believe in magic! You taught us that we will always need each other, and that family is the most important thing we will ever have. I remember that you once told me as a little girl "God only gives you what you can handle." Mom I am counting on that now more than ever! Oh, Mom how I miss you! Although, you'll always be with me, that I do know. You were one of God's best here on earth. You were a wonderfull mother. Of the six years I got to know you, you accepted me with open arms since the moment we met, and made me feel like I was one of your grandkids. Looking through your photos I realized how much you accomplished and the wonderful places you got to visit. I was fortunate enough to go with you go on a few trips and it made me feel like part of your wonderful family. There will be always room for desert and you are greatly missed, till we meet again. Gram, I still can not believe that you are no longer here with us and I think about you every single day. There are so many little things that remind me of you and allow me to keep you with me always, such as everything Disney, bright pink lipstick, a cute wink, and every time that someone asks if I have room for desert. (Of course there is, desert just slides down!). I got so lucky to not only have your amazing son as one of my fathers but to also have the love of you and Pop. Through all of the amazing places that we have experienced together and all of the stories that you have shared with me the most important lesson that I will take away is about love. Not only your love for animals but your love for Pop. I have never seen a love like the two of you have and I doubt that I ever will again. The two of you are my definition of love and always will be, I tell your love story constantly and share it with so many different people. I can only hope to emulate it in my own life. I miss you so much already Gram and promise to keep you in my heart forever. We will do our best to be there for Pop and enjoy your memories with him.

To my wife Jacque,
No one knows the story of us, like us. I would say we had an adventure. As we started down the road of life we had many twists and turns, highs and lows, good days and bad. But through it all, we always had each other. Now it is the first time you are not with me to continue this journey we started many years ago. I just hope I can continue to keep alive all your hopes and dreams that meant so much to you. You have always been there for me, as my wife, my love, my partner, and my better half, but most of all as my friend. You are my forever, my always, and soon we will be together forever. I miss you more than you can imagine, yet I'm so thankful that we found each other. You were the only one I ever wanted, the only one I needed, and the only one who could make me happy. You gave me a sense of purpose, a reason to fight, to make life better every day. I was content just having you in life. I just didn't want anything to change. I still can't imagine life without you, but I will try to find a way to have you remembered forever. I'm sorry this trip was the only one you took by yourself. I had the honor of meeting Jacque while visiting my niece Wendy and always enjoyed my visits with her. The pictures you shared were wonderful and show the love and fun she had throughout her life. You will always have those memories and they will be in your hearts forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
