Kim, this one is for you...
You will always be on my mind in my heart and my partner in crime. I have been thinking about you SO much lately, and just came across one of your last letters to me. I hear your voice when I read it, you giggling and smiling with every word. I miss you every day, but you know that.
Damn, did we have countless crazy fun times. The memories will be with me until we meet again. Then we'll go make more crazy, fun, loving stories and memories. As best friends must do. And yes, Africa will be involved somehow.
You almost had me by your side a few years ago, but I'm still living big in this awfully crazy wonderful world. I will see you soon, love you beautiful girl

I was blessed with the grace, dignity, and strength of this blue-eyed angel for a just a small portion of her life. And everyday she brought with her a smile that would light up the sky, even on the darkest days of her life. Kim will be forever in my heart, never to be forgotten! May Chuck and Joan be blessed with peace and strength til they see their little girl again.

Although I have only known Kim for just a short time, I consider it an honor to have known what a beautiful person Kim always was(inside and out) & will remain in my memories. Her smile and laughter always brightened my day when I saw her and I will NEVER forget her. May her family find the strength they need during such a difficult time until you are once again reunited. My thoughts and prayers are with Kim, her family, friends and everyone who Kim has touched by her unforgettable smile.

With deepest sympathy for the loss of your daughter and sister. For 28 years Kim and I remained fast friends. She was as kind hearted, beautiful and embraced life and especially laughter as much as as anyone I have known. I am truly saddened and moved by her passing, but will honor and cherish my memories of Kim.

Although I never met Kim in person, I feel as though I have known her. The few times we spoke on the telephone she seemed so dear. She has touched so many lives and she will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love her. May God Bless her forever and all of you.

With deepest sympathy.

My heart goes out to you at this time of great loss. I knew Kim from the many years she volunteered for the March of Dimes in Peoria. She was a tireless volunteer who was so generous with her time. I enjoyed knowing Kim and always considered her a dear friend.

I’m a friend of Kim’s from back in the days that she worked at the old Sea Merchant in East Peoria, Illinois. Although I haven’t been in contact with her in at least 25 years, I was sad to read of her untimely passing in the Journal Star. I don’t think I have any recollections of Kim where she didn’t have a smile on her face. She was always friendly, a fun coworker, and a great friend. Positive memories of her will always be with me.
