My father, Bob O'Donnell, passed away on April 22nd of this year. Our fathers were friends at Marquette and shared many phone calls, Christmas cards and some lunches once we bought a place in Venice, Florida back in 2000. I loved watching the two of them share their stories and loved meeting your dad.
When I went to call him today( belatedly) to tell him of Dad's passing, his phone was no longer in service. When I looked him up and saw this beautiful tribute to a great man, my eyes welled up. He passed on what would have been my dad's 91st birthday!
Thank you, Leo, for giving Dad the "present of your presence" in heaven! My heart is full knowing they are all together again!

Wishing sympathy and all my/our love to Uncle Leo's family. Leo was kind enough to share his time, his home in New Canaan and many Christmas cards/notes over the years.
