I worked at the downtown office of First Florida Bank years ago where Jean worked as the receptionist/phone operator. We became friends and I always enjoyed her smile and laughter which made customers and employees happy. I have thought of her so often as I drive down Gladiolus. I went to her home once and met Phil and their dog(Sam?). Jean was a very special lady and left a bright spot on so many of us. My sympathy goes to her family.

We are sorry to hear of Jean's passing. She was a very special neighbor and friend when we lived in Fort Myers. Our thoughts and prayers are with Phil and her family.
