Obituary
Robert W. "Bob" Nelson, age 76, of North Fort Myers went home to be with the Lord on August 31, 2007 after a 4 week illness at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral with his loving family at his side. He was born on September 11, 1930 in Chicago, IL, a child of Earl and Mae Nelson.
Bob lived at Lake Fairways Country Club for the past 14 years where he met his present wife, Nancy and was an avid golfer and a member of the men's golf league where he enjoyed his many friends and was also a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Fort Myers. He had a wonderful career of selling incentive programs to Fortune 500 companies and traveling worldwide. His sense of humor and courage will be remembered by all of those who knew him.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Nancy, daughters, Susan (Chester) Young of Fort Myers and Nancy (Scott) Zelms of Chicago and his grandchildren, Elly and Josh. His first wife, Carol died in 1990.
Funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908.

I was so sorry to hear of you and your family's loss. I know from what time we spoke of our husbands that he will truely be missed. I never had a chance to meet him myself but I can sense your loss.
