Harold Hall

1944 - 2025

Harold James Hall, age 81 of Lenoir City, formerly of Tellico Plains went to be with his Heavenly Father October 21, 2025. Harold was a very special person who was able to accomplish anything he set his mind to do. He was generous and compassionate, often providing food and clothing to homeless people. Harold also enjoyed giving Bibles to people. He helped establish Faithway Baptist Church as a Charter Member. Harold taught the Adult Sunday School class, served as Superintendent and did many repairs on the church building until his health declined.

In 2006 Harold retired with 39 years of service, from Oak Ridge National Laboratory after also working at K-25, Y-12 plants. He enjoyed his work and accomplished many things, with safety being very important to him. After retirement, Harold spent time working at his son's computer business.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Ree Hall and Pearl Galloway Hall; son, Michael Hall; sisters, Mildred Long and Christine Hughes; brother, Edward Hall; brothers-in-law, Oliver Long, Carl Hughes and Glen Best; step-son, Waylon Mealer.

Survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Rebecca Hall; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Teresa Hall; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Alan Davis; step-daughter, Rachel Hartline; sisters, Arlene Best and Hazel Hall, sister-in-law, Sandra Hall; grandchildren, Rachel Burrell (Danny Gayheart), Marissa Frye (Barrett Frye), Taylor Johnson (Austin Johnson), Tripp Hartline and Sarah Hartline; great-grandchildren, Caroline, Winter, Barrett, Maliyah, Raegan and Rowyn; family friend, Mickey Hartline, along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at their convenience Friday, October 24th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Family and friends will gather at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 25th at Click Funeral Home for a procession to Pine Grove Cemetery for 2 p.m. Graveside Services. Rev. Tom Chadwick will officiate.
